“Healthy Touch”
Nutrition
Americans are facing a national health crisis. Overconsumption of sugar and processed foods spawned a diabetes epidemic and dramatic increases in cardiovascular disease. Our certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioners focus on a foundational approach to nutrition, assessing your body’s nutritional deficiencies, and teaching you to address those weaknesses through diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes. Two core principles are at the heart of our work:
- A properly prepared, nutrient dense whole food diet is essential to good health.
- We believe in the bio-individuality of each person; our genetic and geographical makeup can determine our unique nutritional needs.
We offer a system of evaluative measurements that help identify nutritional weaknesses in the body. Our Functional Evaluation technique allows the Practitioner to address the nutritional needs of our clients, assess their biochemical individuality and make tailored diet and lifestyle recommendations.
We also provide a free video each week that focuses on the most recent health concerns and what you can do to address them. Take advantage of the Wellness Minute and share it with a friend!
